"I have been considering getting my insurance from USAA for a little while. They serve the military, and are consistently number 1 in the Consumer Reports (CR) ratings for insurance companies. I put a fair amount of faith in CR, so it is a constant temptation to switch companies. I haven't though, and the main reason is an interaction I just had with Kayleigh in your office. Your phones are apparently not working very well, and Kayleigh immediately called me back on her cell phone so we could speak more easily. She was polite, she knows me every time I call, no matter how infrequently, and she handles every situation rapidly and efficiently. Whatever CR says, your office is number 1 in my estimation, and will remain so, because of people like you, and her.
